Disposal of properties - Public Submission Form

West Coast DHB is proposing to dispose of some properties as listed on the WCDHB Public Website. The DHB is required by the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act to consider any public views on disposal of DHB land prior to proceeding with the disposal process. Although this form has been custom-tailored for submissions for multiple properties it can also be used for one property. Tip: You could first submit a form for those properties for which you support disposals, and then on a new version of this form go into those properties for which you reject disposals. If you have a lot to comment on on just one or a few properties you might prefer to use the other version of this form also available on the WCDHB Public Consultations page, which are dedicated to each of the properties listed.

Question 2

Do you think WCDHB should retain these properties? If so, which ones, and why?(Required)

Question 3
